摘 要:将通过混合有机溶剂提取法从新鲜黎蒴栲木片中获得的苯,醇提取物,经浓缩,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析,采用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。该提取物共分离出53个峰,并从中鉴定出32个化合物,占总峰面积的86.33%,其主要成分及含量为:丁二酸甲基-二丁酯(cas)(15.17%)、1,2-邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(14.71%)、乙二酸双(2-甲丙基)酯(cas)(14.21%)、1,2-邻苯二甲酸双(2-甲丙基)酯(cas)(10.23%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(5.22%)、4,4,6a,6b,8a,11,11,14b-八甲基-1,4,4a,5,6,6a,6b,7,8,8a,9,10,11,12,12a,14,14a,14b-十八氢-2H-picen-3-酮(4.09%)、á-桉叶油醇(3.88%)、丁二酸双(2-甲丙基)酯(3.64%)、4-(3.羟基-1-丙烯基)-2-甲氧基-苯酚(cas)(2.11%)、己二酸二辛酯(cas)(1.84%)、十六酸乙酯(cas)(1.23%)、咖啡碱(1.20%)、2-异丙基-1-甲基萘(1.01%)、10-甲基三环[4,3,1,1(2,5)]十一醛-10-醇(1.01%)。首次报道了黎蒴栲木片苯/醇提取物的化学成分,为开发利用黎蒴栲木片苯僻浸提废液和实现清洁生产提供了科学依据.The chemical components of the extractives obtained from fresh Castanopsis fissa Chip by the method of organic solvent extraction were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component in benzene-ethanol solution was measured by the method of area normalization of chromatography peak. 32 compounds were identified from separated 53 peaks, accounting 86.33% for the total pear area. The main constituents and their content percents were as follows: methyl-butanedioic acid, dibutyl ester (15.17%); 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, diisooctyl ester (14.71%); hexanedioic acid, bis (2-methylpropyl) ester (14.21%); 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid bis (2-methylpropyl) ester (10.23%); dibutyl phthalate (5.22%); 6,6a,6b,7,8,8a,9,10,11,12,12a, 14,14a, 14b-octadecahydro-2H-picen-3-one (4.09%); á-eudesmol (3.88%); butanedioic acid bis (2-methylpropyl) ester (3.64%); 4-(3-hydroxy-l-propenyl) -2-methoxy-phenol (2.11%); hexanedioic acid, dioctyl ester (1.84%); hexadecanoic acid, ethyl ester (1.23%); Caffeine (1.20%); 10-methyltricyclo[4.3.1.1(2,5)]undecan-10-ol (1.01%); and 2-isopropyl-1-methylnaphthalene (1.01%) and so on. Here, the measuring result of chemical components of castanopsis fissa wood extractives in benzene-ethanol solution was reported for the first time, presenting solid and scientific warranty for the further exploitation and development of castanopsis fissa wood. The development and using waste water would being realized from benzene-ethanol solution washing castanopsis fissa chip.
