摘  要:选本地水牛12头,分3组,试验Ⅰ组用氨化玉米秸饲喂,同时埋植牛增肉剂;试验Ⅱ组只喂氨化玉米秸;对照组直接饲喂未氨化玉米秸。经过2个月短期育肥,结果表明,半个体平均增重试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组及对照组分别为84.46kg、70.67kg和44.21kg,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组分别比对照组增重提高91.04%和59.84%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组经济效益分别比对照组提高524.43%和345.77%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。12 head local buffalo were randomly divided into two treament groups and. control. For two months treatment group I was being provided with ammoniated corn fodder,meantime with Zeranol;group 1,with ammoniated corn fodder ;The control group(Ⅲ),with corn fodder. The result indicate:the weight of groups Ⅰ.Ⅱ and Ⅲ on the average has gained respectively 84. 46 kg.70. 67 kg and 44. 21 kgeach.Compared with the control group,group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ in an average weight gain have increased respectively by 91. 04% and 59. 84%,with economic efficiency increased respectively by 524. 43N and 345. 47 %.
