摘  要:目的了解广东省婴幼儿的抚养人喂养知识、态度、行为及对婴幼儿生长发育产生的影响,为指导婴幼儿的科学喂养和进行营养宣传教育提供科学依据。方法整群抽取广东省城市、城镇、农村地区的0~18月婴幼儿和抚养人,对抚养人进行喂养KAP的问卷调查及对婴幼儿进行体格发育的调查。结果抚养人喂养知识的及格率59.0%,对补钙、预防贫血的食物等问题上仍存在认识误区;对婴幼儿不吃东西或拒绝新食物的处理等存在行为误区;3地比较,农村抚养人的KAP得分均较低;抚养人KAP得分存在显著正相关,且喂养行为得分越高,婴幼儿身长、体重值也越高。结论抚养人的喂养知识仍存在不同程度的误区,有多处喂养态度和行为需要纠正和改善;应大力推广婴幼儿的科学喂养,尤其是在农村和城镇。Objective To know about the feeding knowledge, attitude and pratice of the fosters in Guangdong and their effects on children' growth, to provide evidence to scientific feeding. Methods Children aged 0-18 months and their fosters were collected from urban, suburb and rural areas of Guangdong by cluster sampling. The fosters were investigated by questionnaire and their children were carried physical examination. Results The passing rate of the fosters' knowldege was 59.0%. The fosters answered incorrectly some question such as which food can supplement Ca or prevent anemia. And most of them cannot use correct measurements when their children were not willing to eat or refused new food. The rural fosters' scores of feeding KAP were the lowest. The fosters' knowledge, attitude and pratice were positively correlated signifantly. The children' Z scores were correlated positively to their fosters' feeding practice scores. Conclusion Some incorrect feeding methods and triditional concept still existed. Popularision and propaganda of scientific feeding also were an important task to basic workers, especially in suburb and rural area.
