摘  要:综述肝细胞生长因子(HGF)及其受体c-Met的结构特征、HGF/c-Met信号通路的生物学作用及与细胞侵袭性生长和肿瘤转移的关系以及以此信号通路为靶点的抗肿瘤药物的研究进展。正常的HGF/c-Met信号通路在胚胎发育、器官形态以及血管发生等生理过程中发挥重要作用,而异常激活的该信号通路与肿瘤的演进和转移密切相关,极有望成为新的肿瘤治疗靶点。Recent researches on the structural characteristics of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and its receptor c-Met, the biological activity of HGF/c-Met pathway and its role in invasive growth of cells and metastasis of tumor, and tumor therapy targeting HGF/c-Met signaling were reviewed. Normal HGF/c-Met signaling plays an important role in embryonic development, organogenesis and angiogenesis, while abnormally activated HGF/c-Met signaling is closely associated with tumor progression and metastasis and is expected to become a novel target for tumor therapy.
