摘  要:目的比较引导组织再生联合应用根内骨内种植的方法与单纯应用引导组织再生术治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法选择中重度牙周病患者,随机分为2组,引导组织再生+根内骨内种植治疗36颗牙,引导组织再生术治疗38颗牙,术后3~6个月,观察牙周袋探诊深度、附着水平、牙齿松动度、X线根尖片牙周新生骨量,对两组治疗方法的临床疗效进行比较。结果术后6个月,两组术前、术后自身对比,牙周袋探诊深度、附着水平、牙齿松动度均比术前有明显改善,牙周有新骨形成,与术前比有显著性差异。术后两组之间比较联合组疗效好于单纯组,有显著性差异。结论治疗中重度牙周病,引导组织再生联合应用根内骨内种植术的临床疗效好于单纯引导组织再生术。Objective Compare the clinical efficacy between combined use of guided tissue regeneration and endodontic-endosseus implantation and the simple application of guided tissue regeneration for the treatment of periodontal disease. Methods Choose moderate to severe periodontal disease were randomly divided into 2 groups, guided tissue regeneration and endodontic-endosseus implantation in 36. 38 were cured by guided tissue regeneration treatment. Observing periodontal pocket depth probe, attachment, loose teeth, new X-ray radiograph periodontal bone mass,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after 3-6 months. Results After 6 months, both groups before and after their contrast periodontal pocket probing depth,attachment,loose teeth, all the patients have obviously improved, a new periodontal bone formation,with a significant difference between the preoperative contrast. There is a significant difference between the two groups. The comparison shows that the combined group is better than the simple group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the treatment of moderate to severe periodontal disease. Guided tissue regeneration combined with the endodontic-endosseus implantation is better than in a simple application of guided tissue regeneration.
