赤面恐怖症患者脸红原因的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨赤面恐怖症患者脸红的原因。方法对200例病情符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第三版社交恐怖症诊断标准的赤面恐怖症患者进行病因学调查。结果男性95例,女性105例。男性年龄16～50岁,平均(29.03±7.08)岁;女性年龄15～47岁,平均(28.05±6.54)岁。病史,男性1～40年,平均(12.94±7.74)年;女性1～36年,平均(12.82±7.75)年。发病年龄4～34岁,平均(15.29±6.22)岁,其中男性6～29岁,平均(15.56±4.98)岁;女性4～34岁,平均(14.99±7.41)岁。引起脸红的原因,200例患者都有精神紧张;91例(45.5%)环境冷热因素导致脸红;73例(36.5%)平时脸就是红的;55例(27.5%)运动引起脸红;8例(4.0%)头部下垂引起脸红。结论引起赤面恐怖症患者脸红的原因是多方面的,常见的有精神紧张、环境温度(冷热)、运动和头部下垂,有些患者持续性脸红。赤面恐怖症状最初出现的年龄大多数是青春期。赤面恐怖症的病因可能是支配头面部交感神经的过度兴奋,心理问题可能是长期脸红的后果。Objective To study on the reasons of blushing of social phobia patients. Methods Two hundred cases of social phobia patients, whose pathogenetic conditions were consistent with the social phobia diagnostic criteria on China criteria of mental disorders, 3ed edition,were inquired for reasons of blushing. Results Two hundred patients were inquired from Dec 2003 to Apr 2006. There were 95 male and 105 female with the average age of （29.03±7.08） for men and （28. 05±6.54） for women. The duration of blushing averaged （12. 94±7.74） years （range, 1-40 years） for men and （12. 82±7.75） years （range, 1-36 years） for women. The age of onset averaged （15.56±4. 98） years （range, 6-29 years） for men and （14. 99±7.41） years （range, 4-34 years） for women. Mental stress was the reason of blushing for all the 200 patients. Cold and hot of environment could cause the blushing in 91 （45.5%） patients and exercise was the reason of blushing for 55 （27.5%） patients. Eight （4.0%） patients could be made to be blushing by putting their head upside down. Conclusion The studj found that many reasons could cause the blushing of social phobia patients, including mental stress, cold and hot of environment, exercise and head upside down. The faces of some patients were always blushing.The overexcitation of sympathetic nerve for cranial-facial part may be the main etiological factors of erythrophobia and psychologic problem was the consequence of long time blushing.
