摘　　要：针对当前车辆段对设备采用定期维修所带来的弊端,提出采用差异性维修方式。利用模糊综合评价确定采用定期维修、事后维修、状态检修方式,同时提出建立差异性维修管理体制。通过灰色预测模型确定定期维修设备的检修周期;流水线采取组合维修方式;重点设备开展机会维修;对计算机设备采取事后维修。In this paper, the differential maintenance mode is put forward against the disadvantages of periodical maintenance to the car depot applicance at present. Periodical maitenence, breakdown maitenence and condition maintenance will be determined via fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Meanwhile, the differential maintenance management system is proposed. The maintenance period of periodical maintenance equipment is determined via grey predication model. The combined maintenance method is applied to the assembly line; the opportunity maintenance is applied to key device; and breakdown metainence is applied to computer equipments.
