摘　　要：教育部关于建设节约型学校的通知指出,要充分认识建设节约型学校的重要意义。通知要求各地各学校把建设节约型学校发展战略列入十一五规划和中长期发展规划,要按照建设节约型学校的要求对规划进行充实和调整,在规划中充分体现党中央、国务院的有关精神,积极贯彻地方政府的相关规定和要求,并提出切实可行的具体措施。The Ministry of Education saves the school notice about the construction to point out that, must know fully the construction saves the school vital significance, The notice requests each place various schools to save the construction the school developmental strategy to include plans and the medium and longterm development plans, must defer to the construction to save the school request to plan carries on the enrichment and the adjustment, manifests the Central Party Committee, State Council＇s related spirit fully in the plan, implements the local authority positively the correlation stipulation and the request, and proposes the practical and feasible specific measures.
