摘 要:采用盆栽试验的方法,研究了土壤中添加1000mg·kg-1不同Zn化合物(ZnS、ZnO、Zn3(PO4)2、ZnSO4和ZnCO3)对两种生态型东南景天根圈土壤微生物特征的影响。结果表明,对于Zn3(PO4)2、ZnS和ZnSO4处理,两种生态型东南景天的根圈土壤中的可培养细菌数量、微生物生物量碳、土壤微生物商、脲酶和脱氢酶活性均显著降低,而土壤微生物代谢商均显著增加;同时,超积累生态型东南景天的根圈土壤微生物生物量氮显著增加,但非超积累生态型东南景天的根圈土壤微生物生物量氮无明显变化。ZnO处理后,两种生态型东南景天的根圈土壤中的可培养细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量均没有明显变化,但微生物生物量碳、土壤微生物商、脲酶和脱氢酶活性均显著降低,土壤微生物代谢商显著增加。ZnCO3处理后,超积累生态型东南景天根圈土壤中的可培养细菌的数量、微生物生物量C和土壤微生物商显著降低,微生物代谢商显著增加,可培养的放线菌和真菌的数量、微生物生物量N和土壤基础呼吸速率均无明显变化;然而,非积累生态型东南景天根圈土壤中的可培养细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量、土壤微生物生物量C、微生物生物量N、土壤微生物商和微生物代谢商均无明显变化。Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different zinc compounds on soil microbial characteristics of two ecotypes of Sedum alfredii Hance. The results showed that total cultural bacteria, microbial biomass C, microbial quotient, activities of urease and soil dehydrogenase in the rhizosphere of two ecotypes of Sedum alfredii Hance all declined under the treatment with 1 000 mg·kg^-1 Zn3(PO4)2, ZnS and ZnSO4, but the soil microbial metabolic quotient significantly increased. At the same time, soil microbial biomass N was increased in the rhizosphere of the hyperaccumulating ecotypes of Sedum alfredii Hance, but the verse was true for the non-hyperaccumulating ecotypes, Under the treatment with ZnO, no significant changes of total cultural bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi were found, however, microbial biomass C, microbial quotient and the activities of urease and dehydrogenase all significantly decreased, and soil microbial metabolic quotient significantly increased in the rhizosphere of two ecotypes of Sedum alfredii Hance. Under the treatment with ZnCO3, total cultural bacteria, microbial biomass C and microbial quotient significantly declined, soil microbial metabolic quotient significantly increased, but no significant changes were detected in the cultural actinomycetes and fungi, microbial biomass N and soil base respiration quotient in the rhizosphere of hyperaccumulating ecotypes of Sedum alfredii Hance; while all the microbial index did not change significantly for the non- hyperaccumulatmg ecotypes
