摘　　要：This paper discoursed upon the significant effects of origin and development of soybean to the thriving of Chinese nation,the growing up Chinese civilization and the economic life or human health.The rapid development trend and characteristic of soybean production in the world,the status and trend of soybean production in China in recent century,and the gaps between soybean production and other main crops,between soybean productio or requirement in China with other main soybean production countries was summarized.The potential,target of soybean production,strategy and suggestion to accelerate soybean production in China were proposed.This paper discoursed upon the significant effects of origin and development of soybean to the thriving of Chinese nation, the growing up Chinese civilization and the economic life or human health .The rapid development trend and characteristic of soybean production in the world, the status and trend of soybean production in China in recent century, and the gaps between soybean production and other main crops, between soybean productio or requirement in China with other main soybean production countries was summarized. The potential, target of soybean production, strategy and suggestion to accelerate soybean production in China were proposed.
