摘　　要：目的观察研究１９８５年至１９９５年１０年中内蒙古高校学生神经衰弱患病情况。方法１９８５年、１９９１年、１９９５年分三次对内蒙古６～８所主要高校进行调查，采用随机整群抽样法，以ＣＣＭＤ中神经衰弱标准作最终医学诊断，所得数据进行卡方检验。结果１９８５年～１９９５年三次调查总患病率分别为４．０６％、６．１９％和１２．６４％；总体分析显示：来自于乡村学生患病率高于城市学生，（Ｐ＜０．０００１）；蒙汉族及男女学生之间患病率无显著性差异。９５年各院校患病率明显高于９１年（Ｐ＜０．０００１），不同专业的学生患病率也不同。结论该病患病率１０年中呈明显上升趋势，加强大学生心理健康教育提高其心身健康水平刻不容缓。Objective To investigate and study the prevalence rate of neurasthenia in Inner Mongolian universities students from 1985 to 1995.Methods Adopting the method of random sampling, we have investigated the students from 6～8 main colleges and universities of Inner Mongolian in 1985,1991,1995.The final medical diagnosis conformed to the criteria of neurasthenia in CCMD.Results Total prevalence rate(three times surveys in 1985～1995) were:4.06%、6.19%、12.64% respectively.Total analysis showed the prevalence rate in university students from countryside was higher than that of students from city.(P<0.0001).The prevalence rate between the Mongolian nationality students and the Han nationality students,between the male students and the famale students had no remarkable difference. The prevalence rate in 1995 was higher than that in 1991(P<0.0001).the case rate of neurasthenia in students is various according to subject. Conclusion The prevalence rate of this disease showed clear rising tendency. It is necesscary to enhance the education of mental health in university students.
