城市社区体育服务满意度测评模型的理论和实证研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计方法,依据系统论、社会评价理论、社会体育学理论和心理学理论,对城市社区体育服务满意度测评模型进行了理论建构。通过调查研究对其进行了检验,结果显示,城市社区体育服务满意度评估指标体系具有较高的信度和效度,可以作为衡量城市社区体育服务满意度发展水平的量表使用。Using methods of literature study, questionnaire interview and Data Statistics, and according to the theories of system, society evaluation, Community athletics and psychology, the evaluation mode of sports service satisfaction degree in city community was established. After testing the Questionnaire of this the evaluation mode has been proved more reliable and effective, and can be used as the scale to weigh the development standard of sports service satisfaction degree in city community.
