摘　　要：卒中单元是对脑卒中患者的一种先进的医疗管理模式,目前许多国家都建立了卒中数据库。本文以SQL Server 2000为后台数据库,以ASP.NET为前台开发工具,建立了卒中患者临床资料管理系统,实现了卒中患者临床信息在多个科室之间的共享,为脑卒中的临床分析研究打下了坚实的基础。同时,利用短信平台,实现了卒中单元中科室之间、医患之间以及医院和社区一级医院之间信息实时沟通。Stroke unit is an effective treating model of stroke patient. Nowadays, Stroke data bank has been constructed in many countries. Medical record management system of Stroke unit was designed and implemented in this article, along with SQL Server 2000 as the back-end DB MS and ASP.NET as the front-end coding tools. The system implemented sharing medical records of stroke unit between many departments, which made a good foundation for further clinical study of stroke patient. On the other hand, with SMS supporting, it enhanced the communications between doctors and patients, inter-departments, even inter-hospitals.
