西部电大远程开放教育教学管理质量保证体系的构建

摘　　要：中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点项目的实施为西部地区培养大量的应用型人才提供了支持。"试点"项目实施以来,规模在不断扩大,质量成为人们最为关注的热点。如何确保人才培养质量,其关键是要提高教学质量和教学管理质量,构建和完善"试点"项目的质量保证体系,而教学管理质量保证体系是其中的一个有机组成部分。内蒙古电大在"试点"过程中,适应社会需求,以人才培养为根本,注重过程管理,以应用型专业人才培养为目标,在实践中逐步形成了开放教育教学管理质量保证体系。The reformation in the model of the talent training and the program of experiment in open education of the Central Radio and Television University provide a support for training a lot of applied talents in western China. Since “the experiment” has been carried out, the scale is being en- larged. The quality is becoming became a focus of the arguments. How to ensure the quality of the talent training, the most important part is improving the quality of teaching and management, construing and perfecting the guarantee of quality of“the experiment” , the system of teaching management and the guarantee of quality is the kernel. During the experiment in the Inner Mongolia Radio and Television University ,we have fitted for the requirements of the society, fulfilled a purpose for the talent training and put our focus on the management in the process. We are and training a lot of professional persons and forming the management of teaching and the guarantee of quality in the open education.
