摘　　要：德国或法国在某个历史时间段会更加现代一点,但从整体上讲,正是这种相互交替发展的进步才使得两国相互学习互补,使两国间没有一边倒的倾斜现象。这就形成了德法两国巨大优势和两国关系紧密的秘密所在。In certain times of history Germany or France could be more advanced than each other, but in general it is the alternative developments of the two countries that made it possible that the two countries learn from each other and prevented the dominance of any country. It is also the secret to the predominance of and close relationship between the two countries.
