齐拉西酮与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较齐拉西酮(力复君安)与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和副反应。方法:将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准100例精神分裂症患者随机分成两组,分别采用齐拉西酮和氯氮平治疗,治疗8周,于治疗前及治疗后2、4、6、8周末分别以阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定。结果:在第8周末两组疗效相当,但齐拉西酮组副反应明显低于氯氮平组。结论:齐拉西酮是一种安全、有效的抗精神病药物。Objective： To compare efficacy and side effects of ziprasidone and clozopine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods： 100 schizophrenia outpatients（diagnosed according to CCMD - 3 ） were randomly assigned to receive ziprasidone or elozapine treatment for 8 wecks, and rated efficacy and side effects with the positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS） and treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS） before and at the end of 2,4,6 and 8 week of the treatment. Results： Similar efficacy was found in two greups,hat the patients with ziprasidone have less side effects trtme clozapine. Conclusion： Ziprasidene is indicuted as a kind of safe and effective antipsychotics
