摘　　要：文章从高等函授教育管理工作存在问题出发，分析了导致其走向“滑坡”的根本原因，并相应地提出了完善高等函授教育管理的具体措施，This paper, from the perspective of existing problems in the management work of the higher correspondence education, analyzes the causes that lead to the ＂slide-down＂ of this kind of education, and brings forward some specific countermeasures.
