摘 要:采用甩浆法从鲜黄姜悬浊液中提取了薯蓣皂苷元。以提高皂苷元提取率为目标,确定最佳糖化酶酶解糖化工艺条件为糖化酶用量0.1%、温度40℃、pH值4.0、反应时间24 h,酸解反应最佳硫酸浓度为1.2 mol·L-1。此时薯蓣皂苷元的平均提取率为27.21%。该方法简单,节省原料,提取率高,废水量少。Diosgenin had been extracted from suspension of fresh Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright by method of throwing slurry. With the extraction rate of diosgenin as the index, the optimum conditions of saccarificate degradation were 0.1% of glucoamylase dosage at 40℃ and pH value 4.0 for 24 h,and the optimized sulfuric acid concentration in acid hydrolysis reaction was 1.2 mol · L^-1. The average extraction rate of diosgenin was 27.21%. The method was simple, material-saving with higher extraction efficiency and less wastewater.
