摘　　要：本文介绍了中国教育和科研计算机网CERNET的提出和结构，计算机校园网建设的策略和技术方案，并基于资金筹措困难和要求尽快连接国际国内网的愿望，提出实施校园网的三个阶段，为非重点大学校园网建设探索一条可行的道路。This paper introduces the advancement and structure of Chinese education and research network (CERNET), and the strategy and technological program for constructing computer campus net. It proposes three stages for practising campus net in view of the difficulties in raising funds and the will to connect with internet and intranet as soon as possible. The paper also explores a practical way for non-key universities for building campus net.
