摘  要:废气再循环(EGR)是降低柴油机NOx的一条有效技术路径。对于轻型车用增压中冷柴油机,采用从涡轮前取气回流到压气机后的高压EGR系统。应用真空驱动的弹簧膜片式EGR阀,真空度由控制器根据输入的电压信号量决定,从而控制EGR阀的开度。在不同工况下,研究了EGR阀的流通特性,分析了柴油机的HC、CO、NOx排放,烟度和比油耗随EGR率的变化规律。Exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) technology is an effective method to reduce NOx emission of diesel engine.As to the turbocharged inter-cooled engine for light vehicle,high pressure EGR is carried out by inducing the exhaust before the turbocharger into the intake air after the compressor.A membrane EGR valve,which is balanced by the spring and the vacuum,is applied.The vacuum is determined by the input voltage signal from the engine control unit,which then controls the EGR valve lift.The flow characteristics of EGR valve are investigated under the different operating conditions.And the change in HC,CO and NOx emissions,and in smoke and specific fuel consumption with EGR rate are analyzed.
