摘　　要：荀悦对史学有很丰富的看法,在《汉纪》的史论中他对史学性质、功用、撰述要求等各个方面都作了较深入的理论阐述。他的论述有一定的系统性,也有一定的理论高度。他的史学见解充实了中国古代史学理论体系,对中国史学发展产生了积极影响。Xun Yue had substantial understanding in historiography. He made a systematic exposition of the nature and function of historiography and requirements for writing. His talking had specified both system and theory. His understanding in historiography enriched the theoretical system of Chings ancient historiography, and had active effect on the development of China＇s historiography.
