摘　　要：三条社会保障线相互衔接,构筑了中国经济体制转轨时期的社会“安全网”。从分析上海三条社会保障线现状及存在问题着手,运用统计学方法,研究了三条社会保障线各自合理的定位,最后提出了三条社会保障线相互衔接的对策和建议。The linkup of the three social security lines constitutes a ＂Secure Network＂ of society during the period of transition of economic systems in China. The paper started with analyzing the present situation and some problems in the three social security lines, and then studied the reasonable positioning of three social security lines by statistical method. In the end, solutions were suggested to properly link up the three lines.
