摘 要:在对大规格H型钢研究的基础上,提出超大H型钢的轧制方法。并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对不同尺寸的理想来料进行了有限元模拟。最后,通过实验室模拟实验进一步验证了超大H型钢轧制方法的合理性、可行性,为超大H型钢孔型设计和轧制生产积累了参考数据。The slab cut-dividing rolling method of ultra-large H-beam was introduced in details, which is based on study of large H-beam. In order to obtain accurate dimensions on design of passes of new groove, various supposition billets were conducted by finite element method with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. At last,the ultra-large H-beam rolling experiments were performed in the rolling mill of laboratory with lead and the roll pass scale is 1 : 8 according to the actual size of the H-beam. The experimental work was finished smoothly and precision of the final product is perfect. The experiments prove that the rolling technology of the cut-dividing of slab is feasible and roll pass system is reliable. The results will offer reliable rolling parameters for the actual produce in future.
