轿车变速箱齿轮磨合规范的初步研究

摘　　要：根据国产某变速箱倒挡圆柱齿轮低载强化的试验结果,制定了对变速器具有强化效果的新磨合规范,并在新磨合规范下进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在不改变磨合时间和转速的新磨合规范中,可将具有强化作用的载荷作为磨合载荷。磨合后,变速箱的平均疲劳寿命比原规范下的平均疲劳寿命提高近40%。The new running-- in specifications of transmission, having the strengthening effect, was estimated by the results of strengthening under low amplitude load of single tooth bending of cylindrical gear. The experimental results show that the fatigue life of transmission gears can be improved about 40 % if the optimal strengthening load acts as the running--in load in new running--in specifications while the other running--in parameters are not changed.
