摘　　要：本文先介绍了Codec芯片TLV320AIC23和DSP芯片TMS320VC5416的基本特性,然后基于这两种芯片设计并实现了一种语音采集与处理系统。该系统具有强大的数据处理能力并配有灵活的接口电路,可以作为一种语音信号处理算法研究和实时实现的通用平台。In the text first the basic characteristics and properties of TLV320AIC23 and TMS320VC5416 are introduced, then design and implement a speech system based on them. The system is equipped with powerful data-processing capabilities and flexible interface circuit, and it can be used as a universal platform for the research of audio processing algorithms and real-time implementation.
