摘　　要：通过论证网络治理风险、战略伙伴选择风险、创新生态系统风险的产生机理及其对跨国创新网络发展的影响,探讨了我国高科技企业如何融入跨国创新网络并培育起强大国际竞争力的过程,指出了关于跨国创新网络风险控制有待于深入研究的问题。This paper discusses the detecting mechanism of network governance risk, strategic partner choice and innovation ecosystem risk, and analyzes the process of entrance into international innovation network and utilizing its resources for Chinese hi - tech enterprises, and puts forward some problems to be researched on the risk control of international innovation network.
