摘　　要：企业成长与企业价值息息相关。由于各种因素的存在,成长企业的市场价格往往无法客观反映其真实价值。要发现成长企业,不仅需要进行产业分析与行业领先企业的核心能力分析,更需要对目标企业的价值进行客观评估,才能发现并投资于具备投资价值的成长企业。Firm Growtb and enterprise value are closely related. Due to the existenee of varied factors, the market prices of pullulating enterprise are often unable to objectively reflect its true value. Therefore, in order to discover the investment value of the pullulating enterprise, it＇ s not only for industrial analysis and industry - leading analysis of the core competence , but also needs an objective evaluation of the target enterprises to find and invest the pullulating enterprise.
