顺铂加白细胞介素-2联合腔内灌注治疗癌性积液

摘　　要：自1994年3月至1995年12月，应用顺铂和白细胞介素-2联合腔内灌注，治疗癌性积液52例，结果：完全缓解32例（61．5％），部分缓解16例（30．8％），总有效率92．3％。对癌性胸腔和腹腔积液的有效率分别为92．3％和91.7％，2例癌性心包税液均有效。毒副作用轻微，仅少部分病人有轻度的恶心、呕吐和低热，未发现有骨髓抑制和心、肝、肺和贤肾等功能损害。From Mareh 1994 to December l995, fifty - two Patients with cancerous effosions were ed with combined intracavitary infusion of cisplatin and interleukin-2.In this series,32cases (61.5%)achieved complete relnission, l6 cases (30.8% ) Partial rendssion, the total effective rate was 92.3%.The effective rates for anrous Pleural peritotal dsions were 92.3% and 9l .7% respectively. Both of the two Patients with cancemes periedal effesion echieved rendssion. The toxicities were well tolerated A few of thee mpents experienced mild nausea, vomiting and fever. No myelosupperssion and damages of the functions of the heart, the kidenies and the lungs were found.
