摘 要:目的:探讨生长抑素受体(SSTR)5种亚型在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义,为临床应用生长抑素(SS)及其类似物诊断、治疗胰腺癌提供依据。方法:采用免疫组化EnVision法检测50例胰腺癌及46例非癌胰腺组织中SSTR1~5亚型的表达。结果:SSTR1~5在胰腺癌组织中均有表达,除SSTR1表达较低外,SSTR2—5均为高表达。SSTR1~5表达阳性率分别为50%、94%、82%、90%和96%;SSTR1—5在非癌胰腺组织中亦有类似表达,阳性率分别为28.3%、97.8%、67.4%、78.3%和97.8%。胰腺癌与非癌胰腺组织比较,除SSTR1表达显著高于非癌胰腺组织外(P〈0.05),SSTR2—5并无差异。结论:SSTR在胰腺癌及非癌胰腺组织均有表达,但SSTR1在胰腺癌表达阳性率显著高于非癌胰腺组织。Objective : To explore the expression of SSTR 1, SSTR 2, SSTR 3, SSTR 4 and SSTR 5 in human pancreatic cancer and non-cancer pancreatic tissue. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining of 5 SSTR subtypes was performed by the EnVision technique for paraffin sections of 50 cases pancreatic cancer and 46 cases non-cancer pancreatic tissue. Results : Positive staining for all 5 SSTR subtypes was observed in pancreatic cancer and non-cancer pancreatic tissues. The expression of SSTR 1 was significantly higher than non-cancer pancreatic tissues. No significant difference of SSTR 2 -5 expression was found in pancreatic cancer tissues and non-cancer pancreatic tissues. Conclusion : The expressions of SSTR 1 -5 are detected in human pancreatic cancer and non-cancer pancreatic tissues. The expression of SSTR 1 is obviously higher than that of SSTR2 - 4.
