摘 要:HSU17714是应用减式杂交技术筛选出来的大肠癌相关基因,为了进一步了解此基因在大肠癌及其它肿瘤组织中的表达情况。采用RNAdotblot进行了研究。结果显示:50例大肠腺癌中,表达降低的有16例,占32%,而且与是否伴有淋巴结转移有关。15例乳腺癌中有3例表达降低,占20%。另外,在急淋、急粒、肺腺癌、食管鳞癌各1例中亦有表达降低现象。说明HSU17714在大肠癌组织中可能存在着不同程度的表达缺陷,可能是大肠癌晚期的分子事件。同时,HSU17714基因亦可能是其它肿瘤发生发展的一个分子标志。HSU 17714 is a novel gene cloned by subtractive hybridization technicdesigned to isolate genes down-regulated in colorectal cancer. This study is aimed toevaluate its expression in colorectal cancer and other tumors. The results showed thatthe expression level of HSU17714 was decreased in 16 cases of 50 colorectal cancer patients and remarkably correlated with regional lymph node metastasis. The decreasedexpression level of HSU 17714 was also found in 3/15 cases of breast cancer, 2/5 casesof leukemia, 1/1 case of pulmonary cancer and 1/1 case of esophageal cancer. Therefore ,it is concluded that there is expression defect of HSU17714 in colorectal cancer andperhaps it happens in advanced stage of disease. On the other hand, it probably also is amolecular marker of other tumors.
