论中文专业现代文秘人才优化培养的策略

摘　　要：中文专业培养文秘人才不失为一个经济而有效的培养模式。但也遇到新的困难和矛盾,为此,应探索既符合中文专业教学规律,又利于提高文秘人才培养质量的优化策略:深化中文专业传统课程体系改革,架构灵活的辅修专业机制,构建较完备的文秘实践能力训练体系,优化学生的选课机制,改革僵化的课程考试方法,并注着重考核文秘专业技能。The way that Chinese department cultivates secretary talents is an economical and efficient model, however, some new difficulties and contradictions still occur. It is necessary to grope for the optimal cuhivation strategy which not only corresponds with the rules in Chinese education but also help improve the quality of the secretary talents. For that, we should deepen the traditional course systems in Chinese department, construct the flexible minor courses mechanism, building up the comprehensive secretary practice systems, optimize the selective courses mechanism, reform the rigeseent courses examination and emphasize the special skills assessment.
