摘　　要：少儿的外语教育既是入门与启蒙教育,也是终身教育的奠基工程。语言是交际的工具,交际能力的培养应成为少儿外语教学的主要目标,应该尽量让学生在真实的交际环境中使用学习的语言,并在使用中真正掌握这门语言。交际环境的创建体现在教材编写、教学方法、检测评估等诸多方面。Foreign languages education toward children is rudimentary and enlightened; it lays the foundation for children＇s future study. Language is an important means of communication. Cultivation of communicative competence should be the major objective in English education toward children. It＇s necessary for us to let the children learn English in real communicative environment and grasp this language in the process of practicing it. The constructing of communicative environment lies in the textbook compiling, teaching method and evaluation strategy, etc.
