COX-2、MMP-9表达与宫颈癌侵袭转移的关系

摘　　要：【目的】探讨宫颈癌组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)蛋白的表达及临床意义。【方法】采用免疫组化SP法分析90例宫颈癌组织中COX-2和MMP-9蛋白的表达情况。【结果】COX-2和MMP-9在Ⅰ/Ⅱ期宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为40%和36.7%,Ⅲ/Ⅳ期宫颈癌中为63.3%和65%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);COX-2和MMP-9在伴有淋巴结转移宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为69%和65.5%,无淋巴结转移为31.3%和37.5%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);MMP9表达与病理类型及年龄无明显相关。【结论】检测宫颈癌COX-2、MMP9基因的表达有助于判断宫颈癌的转移潜能及指导术后的治疗。【Objective】To investigate the clinical significance of the expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 in cervical carcinoma.【Methods】Expression of COX-2 and MMP-9 in 90 paraffin embedded specimens of surgically treated cervical carcinoma patients were examined with immunohistochemistry method.【Results】The positive expression rates of COX-2 and MMP-9 were 40% and 36.7%,respectively,in cervical carcinoma of stageⅠ/Ⅱ,while it were 63.3% and 65%,respectively,in cervical carcinoma of stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ.There were significant differences in COX-2 and MMP-9 expression between the two groups（both P〈0.05）.The positive expression rates of COX-2 and MMP-9 were 69% and 65.5%,respectively,in the group with lymph node metastasis,while they were 31.3% and 37.5%,respectively,in the group without lymph node metastasis.There were significant differences in COX-2 and MMP-9 expression between the two groups（both P〈0.05）,and the expressions of MMP-9 was not significantly related to the pathological type and age.【Conclusion】The expression of COX-2 and MMP-9 could be used to estimate the metastasis potentiality and are helpful for the treatment.
