摘　　要：【目的】观察β1整合素(Integrinβ1)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在腺样囊性癌(ACC)中的表达及在肿瘤侵袭中的意义。【方法】收集80例ACC,根据病理学诊断分为侵袭组和非侵袭组,用免疫组化SP法分别检测Integrinβ1、EGFR在ACC组织中的表达。【结果】①Integrinβ1、EGFR在ACC组织中的阳性表达率分别为41.25%(33/80)、73.75%(59/80);②Integrinβ1和EGFR表达在侵袭组和非侵袭组间均有差异(P<0.05);③Integrinβ1和EGFR表达相关性无统计学意义。【结论】Integrinβ1、EGFR表达与ACC的侵袭有关。[Objective]To observe Epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR） and integrin β1 expression in adenoid cystic carcinoma and the relationship to invasion.[Methods]EGFR and integrin β1 expression were assayed respectively in 80 adenoid cystic carcinoma（ACC） tissue including invasion group and non-invasion group by immunohistochemical method.[Results]①The positive expression rates of EGFR and integrin β1 in ACC were 41.25%（33/80）、73.75%（59/80）;②The positive expression rates of EGFR and integrin β1 in invasion group were higher than in non-invasion group（P〈0.05）;③No significant correlation existed between EGFR and integrin β1.[Conclusion]EGFR and integrin β1 were related to invision of ACC independantly.
