摘　　要：【目的】评价植骨融合加双侧椎动脉外膜剥离治疗椎动脉型颈椎病（CSA）的临床疗效。【方法】对13例CSA行植骨融合加双侧椎动脉外膜剥离术,随访6～36个月（平均20个月）。【结果】根据Nagashima疗效评定,优7例,良5,差1例。【结论】植骨融合加双侧椎动脉外膜剥离对交感型CAS有较好疗效。[Objective]To evaluate clinical effect of bone fusion via graft combined both sides vertebral arterial adventitia deeollement to treat patients suffering cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery insufficiency type. [Methods]Thirteen eases suffering cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery insufficiency type received this treatment, were followed up 20（6-36） months. [Results]The results of 7 eases were excellent, 5eases good and 1 ease no good according to Nagashima method. [Conclusion]Bone fusion via graft combined both sides vertebral arterial adventitia deeollement is effective for patients suffering cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery insufficiency type.
