摘　　要：作为全国重要的装备制造业基地,黑龙江省老工业基地的装备制造业虽然取得了快速发展,但还存在着一些亟待解决的问题。如何采取新模式,运用新思路,破解矛盾,加速东北老工业基地的发展,提升其核心竞争力成为当务之急。生产性服务业成为了关键。生产性服务业的发展与装备制造业的核心竞争力的提升具有极大的关联性。在产业日益融合发展的趋势下,紧紧围绕打造黑龙江省东北老工业基地先进装备制造业的战略目标,大力发展生产性服务业,有利于提升黑龙江省装备制造业的竞争力水平。As the important base of equipment manufacturing industry in China, the equipment manufacturing industry of the old industrial base of Heilongjiang province still exists a few problems although it has been a fleetness development. How break the conflict, accelerate development of the old industrial base of northeast China and lift it＇s core competition through adopting the new pattern and wielding the new ideas？ Developing the productive service industry is the key. The development of the productive service industry has extremely large relevance with the promotion of equipment manufacturing industry＇s core competition. Under the trend of industry＇s gradually fusing development, and encircling the strategic objective that make advanced equipment manufacturing industry of the old industrial base of Heilongjiang province, it＇s beneficial to lite equipment manufacturing industry＇s competition to develop the productive service industry energetically.
