局部晚期食管癌三维适形放疗初探

摘　　要：目的:对局部晚期食管癌三维适形放疗方法、疗效及毒副作用进行探讨。方法:50例病例分为3DCRT组(三维适形放疗)和CF组(常规等中心三野放疗),比较其疗效和毒副反应。结果:3DCRT在摆位、剂量分布、正常组织损伤等方面均优于CF组。讨论:3DCRT方法在食管癌放疗中既可增强疗效又减少了毒副作用,是一种食管癌放疗的较好方法。Objective：To study the technique, treatment outcome and side effects of the local advanced esophageal cancer treated with 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3DCRT）. Methods ： Total of 50 cases of local advanced esophageal cancer were divided into 2 groups, one was treated with 3DCRT, and the control group was treated with conventional 2 dimensional radiotherapy （3 fields technique）. Results： the dosimetric coverage of the target is superior in 3DCRT than that in the conventional group, and also the normal tissue sparing was improved in 3DCRT group. The follow -up results showed the better early results in the 3DCRT group. Conclusion： The 3DCRT is superior to the conventional RT both in target coverage and normal tissue sparing.
