摘　　要：合作经济为构建和谐社会提供有效的组织载体,在和谐社会发展中起着不可替代的作用。本文分析和谐社会的内涵以及发展合作经济与构建社会主义和谐社会之间的关系,并论述目前传统合作经济制度的缺陷,提出合作经济制度创新的具体措施。Cooperative organization is effective organization carrier of harmonious society. Cooperative institution in the process of building a harmonious society plays an irreplaceable role. This paper discussed the connotation of a harmonious society and relations of cooperacive institution and harmonious society building, then analyzed defects of traditional cooperative institution.. It tries to find a way to innovate cooperative institution.
