Mammotome在乳腺疾病诊断和治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨Mammotome乳腺旋切系统在乳腺疾病诊治中的应用价值。方法2004年2月至2007年7月应用Mammotome对252例乳腺良、恶性肿瘤进行切除和活检并评价其结果进行。结果病理诊断乳腺纤维瘤182例，乳腺癌40例，乳腺囊性增生症26例，重度不典型增生4例。3例术中皮肤破损，5例出现较大血肿，1例术后2天切口及针道发红经抗炎治疗后消退，5例皮下轻度青紫，4例肿瘤残留。结论Mammotome乳腺旋切活检系统具有手术微创、定性准确、切口隐蔽、不需缝合、康复快等优点，在乳腺疾病诊断和治疗中具有很高的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the role of Mammotome device in diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases. Methods 252 cases accepted biopsy with Mammotome vacuum-assisted breast system from Feb. 2004 to July.2007,and the results were analyzed. Results According to pathological diagnosis, 182 cases were breast fibroadenoma, 40 cases were breast cancer, 26 cases were breast cystic hyperplasia,4 cases were severe atypical hyperplasia. In biopsy procedure, the skin was damaged in 3 cases. After the operation, the hematoma occurred in 5 cases, the wound infection occurred in 1 case, the subcutaneous mild blood clot occurred in 5 cases,and residual neoplasm was found in 4 cases. Conclusion The Mammotome device has the advantages of minimal invasiveness, exact localization, unnoticed incision scar, no suture and short rehabilitation period, and has high value in diagnosis andtreatment of breast disease.
