摘  要:目的:验证Mn2+增强磁共振技术与DiI荧光示踪技术对于大鼠皮质脊髓束的追踪效果,并对两种方法进行比较评价。方法:采用Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为MnCl2组和DiI组各15只,分别经感觉运动区皮层进行MnCl2(0.8mol/L)注射和5%DiI涂布。MnCl2组,于术后24h行MR扫描;DiI组动物存活10d后,灌杀、切片、观察。结果:两种方法在颈髓以上节段对皮质脊髓束的示踪结果一致。结论:Mn2+增强磁共振技术与DiI荧光示踪技术对皮质脊髓束的示踪效果好,二者结合应用,对临床影像学神经束路追踪研究具有较大的应用价值。Objective: To explore the effect of manganese-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and the fluorescent-tracer DiI on tracing rat corticospinal tract. Methods:30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into MnCI2 group and DiI group. MnCI2 (0.8mol/L) was injected into sensorimotor cortex of rats of MnCI2 group, and MR images were received 24h later. For DiI group, DiI (5%) smearing on the sensorimotor cortex were performed and rats were killed, sliced and observed after 10 days. Renmlts: Manganese-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and DiI tracing could well and consistently demonstrate the corticospinal tracts above the level of upper cervical cord. Coaelusiong: Manganese-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and DiI tracing will display corticospinal tract without distinction. It is valuable to trace nervous pathways by combination of two methods.
