摘  要:目的:用DENA为诱变剂,建立不同时期SD大鼠肝癌动物模型,系统的观察肝癌癌前病变发生发展过程中血清Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg含量的变化.方法:DENA连续灌胃至11周,分别在14 d、28 d、56 d、77 d采血,原子吸收分光光度法测定血清中Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg 5种元素含量,用SPSS软件进行统计处理.结果显示:在诱癌第14 d,实验组血清Fe含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第28 d差异极显著(P<0.01);而血清Zn含量在第28 d实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其它元素实验组与对照组结果无差异.第56 d和第77 d实验组血清Fe、Zn含量都极显著低于对照组(P<0.01).而56 d之后实验组血清Cu、Ca含量都显著高于对照组(P<0.05).整个诱癌过程中实验组和对照组血清Mg含量结果无差异.结论:从14 d到77 d,与对照组比较,实验组血清Cu,Ca含量逐渐升高,而Zn含量逐渐降低,Fe含量先升高后降低,Mg含量在整个过程中没有明显变化.Aim: The animal models with various periods of SD rat hepatocellular carcinoma induced by DENA were made. The study explored the dynamic changes of serum trace elements of Cu, Zn, Fe, Ca and Mg in the precancerous lesions systematically. Methods: Rats were treated by gavage with DENA for 11 weeks (one time per week). The blood were collected on the 14^th day,28^th day,56^th day and 77^th day respectively, then centrifuged to obtain the serum. The contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca and Mg in serum were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The data were analyzed by SPSS. Results: On the 14^th and the 28^th days, Fe contents, compared with control group, are higher in treat group (P〈0.05) and the difference is extremely higher on the 28^th day (P〈0.01) while Zn content is lower than control group on the 28^th day (P〈0.05). There are no differences in other elements. On the 56^th and 77^th days, both Fe and Zn contents, compared with the control group, are extremely lower in treat group (P〈0.01). But Cu and Ca contents are higher on the 56^th and the 77^th days (P〈0.05). The serum contents of Mg show no difference between two groups in precancerous lesions. Conclusion: During precancerous lesions, the contents of Cu and Ca increased gradually while Zn dropped. The contents of Fe increased at the early stage of gavage then dropped. The content of Mg showed no distinct changes in the development of carcinoma.
