完善大学毕业生失业保险制度探究——以上海市为例

摘　　要：我国目前大学生就业难的问题越来越严峻,已经成为令人关注的社会问题。文章从大学生失业现状出发,通过对知识失业与教育资源效益的分析,探索大学生在校成绩与毕业后的工资数据间的关系,得出两者之间存在着显著正相关性的结论,由此建议应提高大学教育水平及适当增加本科生获得学位的难度,同时建议健全大学生失业保险制度来缓解大学生的失业问题,并就大学生失业保险制度提出了整体构想。It has become an increasingly serious social problem that more and more university graduates find it hard to be employed. This paper is mainly concerned with how to solve this problem. Given the relevant data, we get to know that graduates＇ performance in university and their salary after graduation are obviously correlative. Therefore, it is suggested that university education proficiency be enhanced and that it be made somewhat more difficult for university undergraduates to obtain the bachelor＇s degree. Meanwhile, it is recommended that the system of unemployment insurance for university graduates be constituted and improved so as to alleviate the problem of university students＇ unemployment. Finally, the paper presents integrated propositions on university students＇ unemployment insuranee
