摘  要:以权威为基础的德育模式的存在有其一定的合理性,它明确了德育工作者的使命和要求,规范了人们按社会传统的道德规范做事,在迫使社会矛盾延缓和防止冲突失控方面,起着有力和积极的作用。但是,这种权威模式的德育,对社会的进步和人的自由发展也有着明显的限制和副作用。构建和谐社会,应当摈弃以权威为基础的服从式的德育,建立和谐自主平等的德育新基础。依靠自主建构的价值观念和道德规范,才能真正成为人们的道德信念和行动准则,德育目标才能真正实现。The model of authority - based moral education has its rationality to some degree, defining the mission and reqnirements of instructors in this field and standardizing social activities in accordance with traditional morality. It plays an active and beneficial role in buffering social contradictions and keeping conflicts under control. However, this model obviously restrains and exerts side effects on social advances and people' s free development. In order to construct a harmonious society, we are supposed to abandon the obedient moral education based on authority and to establish a new model of moral education characterized by harmony, freedom and equality. People' s moral beliefs and principles of behavior can only result from self - constructing values and moral norms. Thus, the target of morals can be genuinely achieved.
