水牛角和羚羊角中氨基酸和微量元素的比较分析

摘　　要：对水牛角浓缩粉和羚羊角粉中的氨基酸和微量元素进行了测定，发现二者中多数氨基酸含量基本接近，微量元素Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ、Ｃｕ的含量亦相近。但是羚羊角中Ｃａ、Ｆｅ、Ｓｒ的含量明显高于水牛角浓缩粉（４倍），Ｐｂ的含量则低于水牛角粉。This paper deals with comparative analysis of amino-acids and trace elements between “Pulvis Cornus Bubali Concentratus” and “Pulvis Cornus Saigae Tataricae”. The result revealed that most of amino-acids' contents and the contents of Zn、Mn、Cu are approximate, while the contents of traceelements including Ca、 Fe、 Sr are evidently higher in “Pulvis Cornus Saigae Tataricae” than in “Pulvis Cornus Bubali Concentratus” (4 times more) and the contents of Pb in the former only one fifth only of the latter.
