摘　　要：结合工程概况,介绍了北京地铁五号线刘家窑车站暗挖段自最初方案设计至施工的完成过程,并对设计方案的优化完善及根据施工现场实际情况进行的施工步序优化调整进行了阐述,以确保现场施工的顺利完成。Combined with the generality of the project, it introduces the course from the initial plan designing to the finishing construction of concealed-digging section in No. 5 Liujiayao subway station of Beijing. It also elaborates the optimizing improvement of plan designing and the constructing procedures＇ optimized adjustment according to the actual construction, so as to ensure the favoring accomplishment.
