62例眼挫伤前房积血临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的：研究眼挫伤前房积血的治疗以及临床疗效。方法：采用回顾性分析临床病例进行治疗效果的分析。结果：眼挫伤可导致前房积血、视网膜水肿、虹膜根部断离、外伤性青光眼、玻璃体积血等严重的并发症，大部分前房积血吸收时间1～5d，部分病例2～5d内发生再次出血，出血与性别差异无统计学意义P〉0．05（x^2=0．01）。结论：眼挫伤引起前房出血是最常见的并发症，采用恰当的临床治疗可以避免并发症的发生，使患者视力得以恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatement of traumatic hyphema. Method A retrospective analysis was performcd on 41 cases with traumatic hyphema. Results The eye＇s wound caused recurrent hyphema, vitreous hemorrhage, iridodialysis, and glaucoma, optic wound, macular blood in eye. The absorption time of hyphema was 1 -5 days mainly, sometimes was 2 - 5 days, and there was no statistically significant difference between male and femal （x^2 = 0.01, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hyphema is the commonest complication of eye trauma mid correct treatment can avoid this complication, receive vision recovery.
