摘　　要：分析了我国电子政务发展的必要性及其系统开发所面临的困难,提出通过开发可重构的电子政务系统来应对这些困难。详细论述了在领域工程指导下的可重构电子政务系统的开发过程模型,并通过一个政务子系统的开发实例对本文观点进行说明。所述方法紧密结合软件工程的发展方向,是快速、可重构电子政务系统的开发方法,对我国电子政务系统的开发实践具有一定的指导意义。In this paper, the importance of implementing the E-Government system and the difficulty of its development are presented. Then, the development of reconfigurable E-Government system is put forward to cope with the difficulty. This paper here discusses the development procedural and modeling of the reconfigurable E-Government system in details under the theory of domain engineering. And an instance is illuminated to support the point of view in details. The research of this paper not only coped with the direction of Software Engineering but also process the attribute of rapidness and reconfiguration. It will make great help to the development of E-Government system.
