夹竹桃抑菌活性的初步研究

摘　　要：测定了夹竹桃茎叶提取物对玉米小斑病菌、小麦纹枯病菌、黄瓜褐斑病菌和棉花红腐病菌的抑菌作用。结果表明,夹竹桃提取物对4种病原菌都有较强的抑制作用,对同一种病原菌的抑制作用随着质量浓度的增大而增强,在同一质量浓度下对不同的植物病原菌的抑制作用不同。The antifungal activities of the extracts of Nerium indicum were tested against Helminthosporium maydis,Rizoctonia cerealis,Corynespora cassiicola wei,Fusarium moniliforme Sheld under separate cultivating conditions. The results indicated that the extracts of Neriam indicum had plenty of bioactive substance to restrain hypha growth of pathogen. At the same concentration of extracts of Nerium indicum,it had different antifungal activity to different pathogen. To the same pathogen, with concentration increasing ,antifungal activity increased.
