摘　　要：目的:探讨凋亡相关基因Survivin、Bcl-2在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,检测Survivin、Bcl-2在102例甲状腺乳头状癌组织及20例结节性甲状腺肿组织中的表达。结果:102例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中Survivin、Bcl-2阳性表达率分别为66.7%(68/102)和81.0%(83/102),而良性病变组织中分别为20.0%(4/20)和95.0%(19/20)(P<0.05),结论:在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中survivin表达显著上调,Bcl-2下调。Survivin表达与Bcl-2正相关,Bcl-2表达量的高低与分化程度正相关。survivin及Bcl-2表达与淋巴结转移有关。Objective： To investigate the gene expressions of both Bcl-2 and survivin in thyroid papillary carcinoma and their relationship with clinic pathological features. Methods： The expressions of Bcl-2 and survivin were determined by immunohistochemistry method in 102 cases of thyroid papillary caricinoma and 20 thyroid nodular goiter. Results： The positive rates of survivin and Bcl-2 were 66.7% （68/102） and 81% （83/102） respectively in thyroid papillary carcinoma compared to that were 30% （4/20） and 95% （19/20） respectirely in benign lesion group （P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The expression of survivin is up-regulated in thyroid papillary caricinoma while Bcl-2 down-regulated. The survivin expression is positive correlation with Bcl-2 expression, but Bcl-2 expression is positive correlation with differentiation degree of cells. The expressions of both Bcl-2 and survivin in thyroid papillary carcinoma are associated with lymph nodes metastasis.
