摘　　要：目的:探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中凋亡抑制因子Survivin表达的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对47例BTCC及8例正常膀胱黏膜组织中Survivin进行染色,观察Survivin表达同肿瘤分期、分级的关系;Survivin表达与患者术后复发及预后的关系。结果:Survivin在正常膀胱移行上皮组织中不表达,在BTCC中异常表达;随BTCC的分期、分级的增加,Survivin表达显著增加;高表达是BTCC患者预后不良的危险因素。结论:Survivin在BTCC中异常表达具有普遍性,其表达在BTCC恶性程度、肿瘤转移及预后有较大的临床意义。Objective： To investigate the expression of inhibitor of apoptosis protein survivin in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC） and its clinical significance. Methods： Survivin was detected by SP immunohistochemistry technique in 47 cases of BTCC and 8 cases of normal bladder tissue. The correlations between the expression of survivin and tumor grade, stage and survival rates of the patients were closely studied. Results： The abnormal expression of survivin was in BTCC and no expression in the normal bladder tissue. The expression of survivin increased following the augment of tumor stage and grade. High expression of survivin was associated with poor prognosis of BTCC. Conclusion： The abnormal expression of survivin is common in BTCC. The expression of survivin may play an important role in BTCC invasion and metastasis and prognosis.
